The handbook is onboarding material for engineers who work with the PCS PLC codebase. It explains practical PLC programming concepts, project conventions, and lessons learned without assuming that the reader already writes SCL every day.

Start here when you are new to the repository or when you come from graphical FUP/FBD programming and want to understand how the same ideas are expressed in source code.
