Purpose

Power Management / Power Limiter protects the electrical system by limiting propulsion demand according to available power.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate available propulsion power.
  • Limit speed, torque, or thrust demand.
  • Coordinate with generator, battery, or grid constraints.
  • Report active limiting and remaining margin.
